Our client has an immediate opening for a full-time associate in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials (top 25% of class, law review/journal experience), strong writing and analytical skills, a business acumen, experience with large and complicated transactions and 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience. Hotel, apartment and secured debt acquisition experience is a plus. Large law firm experience and membership with the Georgia Bar Association is strongly preferred.
