Corporate Law Associate
The Atlanta office is seeking a Corporate Law Associate with 3-6 years of experience, strong capital markets and/or securities disclosure and compliance experience. Secondary experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
Real Estate Associate
Our client has an immediate opening for a full-time associate in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials (top 25% of class, law review/journal experience), strong writing and analytical skills, a business acumen, experience with large and complicated transactions and 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience. Hotel, apartment and secured debt acquisition experience is a plus. Large law firm experience and membership with the Georgia Bar Association is strongly preferred.
Privacy & Technology Associate
Our client has an immediate opening in its Technology and Privacy Group, located in Atlanta, for an associate with 3-5 years’ experience. Requirements include experience in privacy, data security and technology/software transactions. Experience with mobile platforms and other emerging technologies is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.

This person should have their CPA license, and 5-7 years of federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting. This person should possess 2-4 years of experience and demonstrated success in public accounting at the Senior Associate level. This candidate will conduct all phases of the audit procedure.
